Long time friends, Morena Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia and Warabi Executive Chef Hajime Horiguchi team up to bring you a nikkei style Peruvian-Japanese dining experience. Enjoy a 6 course progressive menu, where each dish blends Japanese and Peruvian techniques and flavours. 

Chef Alejandro and Chef Hajime work collaboratively to explore over 100 years of intersection between Japanese techniques in Peruvian cuisine, a style known as Nikkei. Join us to experience the complementary qualities of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine this Melbourne food and wine festival.

Enjoy Seasonal Gippsland produce and a local drop at Farmer's Daughters. Explore Latin American flavours around the corner with Ceviche and a cocktail at Barra then elegant snacks at Morena.

Boogie on down to Federation square, on a walk hosted by SONOS, who've made a special playlist that celebrates Melbourne, for an all out fiesta at Victoria by Farmer’s Daughter. Enjoy views of the Yarra river, complimentary canapés and a seasonal drinks list for you to order from. See the night out with live music and festive vibes.

Each day throughout Vintage, work pauses for lunch, a glass of something interesting & one another’s company.  At the peak of the year's harvest, join our team and chef Alejandro Saravia of Morena at the table hero-ing Latin America and Argentinian Asado.  Stonier will open its cellar matching wines from back vintage and new release collections.  Live Latin music.  Wander the winery, taste the first pressings, watch the daily Pinot Noir plunging and join the anticipation of 2025’s wine at its beginning.
